Q: Are all your diamonds VVS clarity?
A: Some of our high-end pieces feature VVS clarity diamonds, but most of our jewelry includes SI clarity diamonds, with some items containing I clarity stones.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock items typically ship out the same day. Domestic orders arrive within 1-2 business days, while international shipments may take longer.

We work hard to ensure fast delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Q: Do you sell real diamonds?
A: Yes, all our diamonds are 100% natural and earth-mined. We do NOT sell lab-grown diamonds.
